He says he sleeps better than before, with an occasional night of insomnia. He says that his eyesight does seem a lot better, and has started using his contacts less. He hasn’t lost weight, but has also not exercised in the last three months. His energy level remains good. He then talks about how Dr. Park says that his skin elasticity has improved, eyesight improvement, and lung capacity improvement. He then says that Dr. Park says that his heart results seemed to have improved by 30% since the last visit. He was then reminded about his nails… yes they had improved as well.
