How to read this Certificate of Analysis

A COA is the lab report for one specific batch. No adjectives, just measurements.

Here is what each line on the lot 071026 certificate actually tells you.

HPLC, in one sentence: the sample is pushed through a column that separates each compound, and the NMN peak is measured against a known standard. 99.2% of the measured material is NMN.

ISO 17025, in plain English: it is the international standard for testing laboratories. An outside accreditation body audits the lab's methods, equipment calibration, and staff competence. The lab cannot just declare itself careful; it has to prove it, on a schedule.

Purity tells you what is in the capsule. USP 711 tells you what gets out.

A pure capsule that opens in stomach acid still fails you. Stomach acid breaks down ordinary NMN before it can absorb.

So we run a second test: dissolution, measured by the USP 711 method, the same standard used for pharmaceuticals.

Release at intestinal pH 6.8, measured by USP 711 dissolution testing. 84.8% versus 12.5% is 6.8x better intestinal delivery.

One rule: swallow the capsules whole. Do not open, crush, or mix them into a drink. The coating is the delivery system.
