ProxyStem Supplement, Used By Those In Science.
Is developed by professionals in the anti-aging and cellular field to rejuvenate your cells, body and slow the unwanted aging process, to help you feel, perform and provide the mental accuracy to be more like a younger person. This can help you improve your health, make you feel better, and appear younger.
Most of the normal cells in your body slow and begin to lose functionality with age. Every person has special cells called adult stem cells which are needed to restore defective and old tissues, but adult stem cells on their own are also aging. Until now there was not much you could do about it. ProxyStem(TM) rejuvenates adult stem cells and targets 8 areas that have been shown to provide cellular heath and help Adult stem cells restore damaged older cells.
ProxyStem is a nutraceutical supplement that bolsters the function of your existing stem cells rather than over incite stem cells to differentiate or divide. By boosting the stability and vigor of adult stem cells they have the capability to divide when the body signals a need for additional stem cells and differentiated cells. When an organ or cellular material is damaged, it will send out natural signals that all new cells are needed to replace old or injured cells.
ProxyStem allows the adult stem cells to react to the damage signal by provided new differentiated cells to replace the old damaged cells and also create more adult stem cells to keep up the stem cell population.
ProxyStem Targets 8 Areas of Cellular Research:
ProxyStem is specially formulated to use many powerful ingredients that target 8 areas of research to support Stem Cell health. Below each is described and ProxyStem ingredients provided that for each section. Please note, ProxyStem protects all these ingredients from their possible break down in your stomach acid. No other Stem Cell product provide this protection along with our powerful proprietary formulation.

The 10 areas that ProxyStem targets and how we believe these proprietary ingredients work together:
1- The AMPK Gene. This gene is a key energy sensor in cells which exerts pro-longevity effects in multiple species. In a just-released UCLA study, researchers showed in an animal model that by increasing the amount of AMPK in the body, they could increase healthy lifespan by approximately 30% .
ProxyStem Ingredients that activate AMPK: ProxyStem Proprietary Complex includes the following 5 ingredients which are demonstrated to activate AMPK: Ginsenosides; Olive Leaf Extract; Ginseng; Resveratrol; Folic Acid; plus the following 9 ingredients which help produce or enhance Nitric Oxide (NO), which has been demonstrated to act synergistically with AMPK: L-Arginine, Panax ginseng, Horny Goat weed (Epimedium), Resveratrol, Green Tea Extract (EGCG), Pine Bark Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Vitamin B12
2- mTOR. This is a protein encoded by the mTOR gene, regulates cell growth, cell survival, and cell proliferation. “In mammals, a decline in stem-cell function is likely to be an important cause of age-related pathology. There is increasing evidence that mTOR has a central role in this process, and that inhibition of mTOR can preserve, and perhaps even rejuvenate, stem-cell function in a variety of tissues.” Inhibition of mTOR has also been shown to increase lifespan in a mammal model: [“mTor inhibition has extended mouse mean lifespan by 33%,” 1/16/11 post to the GRG; per Dr. John Colman, and Ref .
ProxyStem Ingredients includes the following 3 ingredients which are demonstrated to inhibit mTOR: EGCG (Green Tea Extract), Resveratrol, and Unique Absorbed Silybum/Silymain. In addition, both Caloric Restriction (CR) and AMPK are shown to inhibit mTOR.
3- Nrf2. “Nrf2 [a protein messenger found in every cell], is referred to as the ‘master regulator’ of the antioxidant response, modulating the expression of hundreds of genes, including not only the familiar antioxidant enzymes, but large numbers of genes that control seemingly disparate processes such as immune and inflammatory responses.” As “a guardian of healthspan and gatekeeper of species longevity,” , Nrf2 also plays an essential role in supporting Stem Cell health.
ProxyStem Ingredients include the following 10 ingredients which are demonstrated to activate Nrf2: Milk Thistle Extract/Silybum, N-Acetyl L-cysteine, Vitamin D3, Horny Goat Weed, Bacopa monnieri, Resveratrol, Green Tea Extract (EGCG), Astaxanthin, Ashwagandha, Olive Leaf Extract.
4- ProInflammatory Pathways. “Recent scientific studies have advanced the notion of chronic Inflammation as a major risk factor underlying aging” (‘inflammaging’) Important research has also demonstrated that age-associated inflammation inhibits stem cell function [Ref. 9 Blasco’s Hallmarks of Aging] & , and impairs function of the stem cell niche environment. [Ref. 10.] As per [1/16/11 post to the Gerontology Research Group]: “Adult stem cells are also limited by the poor micro-environment that builds up as we age (e.g., due to inflammation, oxidative stress.”) In addition, further reinforcing the interrelationship of multiple aging and longevity pathways, “A reduction in Inflammation is proposed to be a primary mechanism by which dietary restriction promotes longevity and healthspan.” [Ref. 2.]
ProxyStem ingredients includes the following 13 ingredients which help reduce Inflammation: L-Arginine, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Milk Thistle Extract, Bacopa monnieri, Panax ginseng, Resveratrol, Vitamin D3, Ashwagandha, Green Tea Extract, Pine Bark Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Astaxanthin, Vitamin B6.
5- Endothelial Cell Health. Endothelial Cells as “Cardiac Stem Cells”: Stem Cell Complex supports the health, replicative capacity, and functional lifespan of critically-important endothelial cells, which in a very recent, breakthrough Vanderbilt study, have been discovered to function as cardiac stem cells: “Endothelial cells residing in the coronary arteries can function as cardiac stem cells to produce new heart muscle tissue. The heart has long been considered to be an organ without regenerative potential.”
ProxyStem ingredients includes the following 9 ingredients which help preserve and extend Endothelial Cell health and cellular lifespan, and help to delay endothelial cell senescence: L-Arginine, Olive Leaf Extract, Milk Thistle Extract/Silymain, including the following ingredients that help produce or enhance Nitric Oxide (NO), which is demonstrated to delay endothelial cell senescence including : L-Arginine, Panax ginseng, Horny Goat weed, Resveratrol; Green Tea Extract (EGCG), Pine Bark Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Vitamin B12. Plus the following 6 ingredients which help maintain healthy levels of Homocysteine, which otherwise accelerates Endothelial Cell senescence : N-Acetyl L-cysteine; Resveratrol; Olive Leaf Extract; Vitamin B6; Vitamin B12; Folate.
6- Oxidative Stress. Oxidative Stress, a major contributor to aging, accelerates cell senescence, including Stem Cell and Endothelial Cell senescence, and also negatively impacts the Stem Cell niche environment. “Aging is characterized by mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and inflammation, each of which may inhibit normal stem cell function.” “Oxidative Stress in particular has emerged as a common feature that limits stem cell maintenance and disrupts function. Oxidative stress is particularly relevant to stem cells because it damages all cellular macromolecules, including DNA.” [Ref. 14.] “In addition, aging of the organism impairs function of the stem cell niche and systemic signals, including chronic inflammation and oxidative stress.” [Ref. 14.] Also again, as per [1/16/11 post to the GRG]: “Adult stem cells are also limited by the poor micro-environment that builds up as we age (e.g., due to inflammation, oxidative stress.”) “Endothelial cells are particularly susceptible to ROS-mediated dysfunction not only because of reduced cell viability and increased senescence, but also because one of the major endothelium-derived factors that help to protect against atherosclerosis, nitric oxide, is rapidly deactivated by superoxide radical.”
ProxyStem ingredients includes the following 16 ingredients which fight Oxidative Stress: L-Arginine, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Milk Thistle Extract, Bacopa monnieri, Panax ginseng, Horny Goat Weed, Resveratrol, Vitamin D3, Ashwagandha, Green Tea Extract, Pine Bark Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Astaxanthin, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Folate.
7- Mitochondrial Health and Function, including the production of Glutathione. “Mitochondria are the powerhouse of mammalian cells and the main source of reactive oxygen species (ROS) associated with oxygen consumption. In addition, they also play a strategic role in controlling the fate of cells through regulation of death pathways.” “The mitochondrial free radical theory of aging proposes that the progressive mitochondrial dysfunction that occurs with aging results in increased production of ROS, which in turn causes further mitochondrial deterioration and global cellular damage. Mitochondrial function has a profound impact on the aging process. Mitochondrial dysfunction can accelerate aging in mammals.” [Ref. 9: Blasco’s Hallmarks of Aging.] “Aging is characterized by mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and inflammation, each of which may inhibit normal stem cell function.” [Ref. 14.] The Vital Role of Glutathione to Mitochondrial Function and Cellular Lifespan: “Mitochondria are exposed to the constant generation of oxidant species, and yet the organelle remains functional due to the existence of an armamentarium of antioxidant defense systems aimed to repair oxidative damage, of which mitochondrial glutathione is of particular relevance.” [Ref. 16.]
ProxyStem ingredients includes the following 9 ingredients which promote Mitochondrially-targeted Glutathione production to reduce age-associated mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, and which help preserve Mitochondrial function and cellular lifespan: N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Milk Thistle Extract, Panax ginseng and its Ginsenosides, Bacopa monnieri, Resveratrol, Pine Bark Extract, Astaxanthin, Olive Leaf Extract, Folate. Olive Leaf Extract is a particularly potent mitochondrially-targeted Antioxidant which has been shown to increase ROS scavenging SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) by 300% in mitochondria As another example of the interconnectedness of multiple longevity pathways directly relevant to the RevGenetics product line, diet restriction in combination with N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, which increases Glutathione production in addition to its Antioxidant properties, has been shown to increase lifespan in mice.
8- Catalase, which is a “Longevity Determinant Enzyme.” and another potent mitochondrially-targeted Antioxidant. Several ingredients in Stem Cell Complex have been shown to increase the activity of Catalase, a major Antioxidant enzyme which not only positively impacts Stem Cell health and functional lifespan, but has also been shown in multiple studies to increase both median and maximum Lifespan in a mammal model (Study 1: Median and Maximum Lifespan +17-21% vs. Control; Study 2: Median Lifespan + 20% and Maximum Lifespan +10% vs. Control)
ProxyStem ingredients includes the following 9 ingredients which are demonstrated to increase Catalase and Catalase activity: Milk Thistle Extract/Silymarin, Panax ginseng, acopa monnieri, Resveratrol, Green Tea Extract (EGCG), Pine Bark Extract, Astaxanthin, Ashwagandha, Olive Leaf Extract. ProxyStem's Proprietary Blend of select herbal ingredients includes multiple Polyphenols, Catechins, Flavonoids, and Oligo-Proanthocyanidins (OPCs), which promote Stem Cell health and cellular lifespan while being protected from damage from stomach acid.
9- Healthy Artery Support, We have included a new ingredient that has been shown in a recent mammal study to dissolve cholesterol crystals in mice. The ingredient is called Beta-cyclodextrin and is used in combination with other ingredients to help absorption.
10- Biogenesis, last but not least we have added PQQ, as it triggers "Mitochondrial Biogenesis" that increases the number of mitochondria in cells, these are the powerhouses of your cells. Since the "energy hungry" organs are your brain and heart we believe these will benefit greatly from PQQ.
When you combine these miraculous nutrients, you're not simply protecting your stem cells, mitochondria and ensuring your cells have enough fuel to make energy...
...you are actually MULTIPLYING the number of power generators in each of your cells and experiencing superior human levels of energy.
We at RevGenetics believe you are taking a giant leap toward the feeling of "activated youth" with our newly formulated ProxyStem.
Lastly, and very importantly, Many of these ingredients normally are damaged by stomach acid, so we have protected them so that the capsules only dissolve past your stomach and in your small intestine. 4 of the ingredients* uniquely pass the critical Blood-Brain barrier, which will help extend the functional lifespan of brain cells and help support cognitive function.
The fact is that mice in experiments, with the strongest mitochondria, simply showed no signs of aging. Even when they were the equivalent of 80 year old men and women.
